My girlfriend couldn't be happier with this surprise Christmas gift. It is very elegantly designed, my only complaint is that the clasp for the chain often catches lots of hair in it.

Very quick shipping - I ordered it on the 5th, promptly got the tracking info, and it was delivered across the country on the 7th.

The heart and chain were great, exactly as described, and much enjoyed by the recipient. It was a birthday gift, so that was a relief. I am glad I trusted all the glowing reviews here. Thanks, Amazon-reviewers!

« Disappointing service »

I would not recommend buying from this company (Sabrina Silver) for ANY important occassion. I bought this for my girlfriend's birthday. They informed me 2 days before her birthday that they were out of stock even though it was showing as "In Stock" not only when I ordered but also when they Emailed to tell me they were out. They left me scrambling for a gift at the last moment. I called them up and they simply refused to accept responsibility for the snafu.

Of course, I had the last laugh. Not only did I order a better item from another company that delivered but also, I saw a jewellery piece at Target that was EXACTLY similar to what Sabrina Silver was offering and $12 cheaper, not including the additional cost of shipping.
